Financing Your New Home
- We work with a number of local lending institutions to assist you in obtaining financing for the construction of your new home. The best type loan for this is a CP loan or construction to permanent loan. This loan acts as a construction loan throughout the building process and once the project is completed it is then converted to a permanent loan. We can refer you to several local experienced lenders providing these type loans.
Architectural
- Our one-of-a-kind coastal developments require house plans that meet the unique signature of these developments and adhere to the most stringent building codes in the nation. We work hand in hand with you and your architect in selecting an existing plan or designing a new home from scratch. Either way, we assist in definition, layout and provide value engineering input for the project. A list of our architect partners will be provided upon request.
Design Selections
- Design selections are usually done in concert with your architect and/or designer. We provide a unique on-line system that provides for management of the selections, changes and upgrades.
Building
- We handle all aspects of the building process…. from permits to the certificate of occupancy. Sit back and follow the process through our on-line system. You will be able to view pictures of the project, ask questions, manage your design selections, change orders and follow the construction schedule.
Post Construction Maintenance and Management
- Once you’ve taken possession of your new home you can count on Jerry Miller Homes to be there for your warranty needs. In addition we provide ongoing maintenance and management of the project. Who better than the builder to have maintain it!
